You need:
Rhubarb
Sugar (white or brown)
Flour (regular or gluten free)
Rolled oats
Butter or vegan alternative
Cinnamon
How to do it:
Rinse and cut the rhubarbs in small pieces. Don’t use the white bit in the end. Put them in a pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar of choice. In a bowl mix 2-3 dl of flour, 1 dl rolled oats and 0,5 dl
sugar (I usually wing it – adjust as you like). Add 50-75 grams of butter in slices. Pinch everything together with your fingers. Sprinkle on the rhubarbs and put it in the oven. 175-200 degrees Celsius for app 20 minutes (depends on your oven). Serve with vanilla sauce (I prefer the one from @OatlyTV ) Enjoy!
