Vegetable Garden
This vegetable garden grew back from a combination of dropped vegetables from last summer or from composting! We didn’t have to lift a single finger this year to soon have a freezer full of cherry tomatoes, Thai peppers, Thai Pumpkin, Basel, Cilantro, Mint, and Dill! Keep in mind that we did occasional move some plants to keep proper spacing, the vegetables grow stronger and are more healthy if you leave them alone and let nature do it’s thing. Also, we try to avoid planting hybrids when possible.
