Garden Design

My name is Allison and I am from the beautiful Pacific Northwest, in Bellingham, Washington. I have been working on my garden for about three years now, and I’d love to share some photos with you! I have an eclectic garden, full of pollinator perennials, as well as a small vegetable garden. I enjoy breaking up my garden space into different vignettes and planting in unusual containers to create interest during each garden “moment.” Please enjoy.

various succulents planted in a cement bird bathSucculents are a good choice for shallow, nontraditional containers like this, because the soil will dry out easily and the succulents won’t mind that at all.
