Vegetable Garden
Thank you for joining me. This episode I was inspired by the Eden that is the Tuscan countryside in springtime. Poppies are in bloom and we now have horses on the property. I cook a traditional Italian salsa verde, made from homegrown parsley. I also cook a healthy carrot and ricotta soup. And we finally finish the vegetable garden bed, built on a sloping hill, which was quite a challenge. Hopefully if you love the idea of living off the land as much as I do, you will enjoy this video.
